See, these are the things you say that seriously degrade my opinion of you. No one with a good understanding of the game would say something like that. Breaker is an amazing card. He's incredibly versatile, and has all sorts of uses. Konami has said that the cards they like to ban are the ones that "Have to be in twos ore threes in every single deck". When Breaker was banned, that was the case. Every tournament winning deck was running 2-3 Breakers. Because he's amazing.
Tsukyomi would actually be a bit of a little beast in today's game. It stops all sorts of plays.

I moved......I took me long cause i forgot one of the cards,so i spent 5/10 minutes trying to remember it ^^'

No...but almost every card on the banlist deserves to be there. Like Sangan was part of the Yata Lock, and was generally really splashable and broken at the time. Breaker is just broken, you really shouldn't need an explanation
