Drusen
Pigmentary alterations
Exudative changes: hemorrhages in the eye, hard exudates, subretinal/sub-RPE/intraretinal fluid

Atrophy: incipient and geographic
Visual acuity drastically decreasing (two levels or more) ex: 20/20 to 20/80.
Preferential hyperacuity perimetry changes (for wet AMD) [7][8]

Blurred vision: Those with nonexudative macular degeneration may be asymptomatic or notice a gradual loss of central vision, whereas those with exudative macular degeneration often notice a rapid onset of vision loss.
Central scotomas (shadows or missing areas of vision)

Distorted vision (i.e., metamorphopsia) - A grid of straight lines appears wavy and parts of the grid may appear blank. Patients often first notice this when looking at mini-blinds in their home.
Trouble discerning colors; specifically dark ones from dark ones and light ones from light ones.

Slow recovery of visual function after exposure to bright light
A loss in contrast sensitivity.

I don't have to worry about it till I'm 50 Jaden the only problamm I have with my eyes now is a condition called lazy eye my vision is 20/40 its really good I don't think I'm going to get it I'm worried that one of your family members might have it I would have your gradma go get checked for it or any of your family members 50 and up I mean it Jaden please I don't want them to have this.

Well thanks Jaden I'm glad you want me as your wife see what I mean by this eye disese this is another resone why I'm not sure if I want kids I don't want them getting this eye problem don't worry she can still see they stoped it from getting any worse the bad news is it won't get any better ether.

Wow thanks Jaden I love you too but I'm not much prehapes I should tell you more about my family my aunt had both of the disks in her back blow up by a fork lift. My gradma has an eye dises called Macular Degeneration this is something you do not want to have and yes it can be passed down to kids and grand kids. I'll get you some info on it in a minite.
