Seeing how easily you can get that out on your second turn (as you don't allow FTK's) with either Grapha or any other level 8 monster, then SS another Xyz and use Destiny Leo's effect with Xyz gift = game.

Edit: Oh, and if the opponent somehow takes it down on your turn, monster reborn for game.

usually I'd abuse it myself then expect you to see how broken it is then put it on the banlist, but I am not going to waste my time beating someone with Shining Friendship.. that would be the most boring duel I would have ever had.
