I do think super poly and stratos should be hit, because they're both powerful and very difficult to negate.

I think comparing stratos to catsith is much closer to comparing heavy storm to lightning vortex than MST to feather duster. Stratos can take out a number of spell/traps equal to your number of E-heroes, usually 2-3, compared to Heavy storm hitting all of them, but is harder to negate, and catsith can take out one face-up card, compared to lightning vortex taking out usually 2-3 monsters, but it's harder to negate, and both involve you losing a point of hand advantage. The difference between catsith and stratos is stratos can generate advantage, while catsith just lessens the loss, catsith can be used during your opponents turn if you're required to discard while stratos needs to eat your normal summon, and stratos targets spell-traps, which are usually much more valuable than the face-up cards that catsith can target. And finally, catsith is slightly harder to negate than stratos, because you can't solemn warning, or skill drain it.

Also, I don't know where you got the idea that I didn't think Quasar should be limited. Having two copies, and three face-downs would make you win in just about any circumstances, and isn't too hard to pull off with avarice and monster reborn.
