Two things for you.
1. Girahim wouldn't count as insane. We mean Deadpool/Joker level insane.
2. Musicals won't be banned outright ever, because some of them are great. An example would be my rendition of Still Alive at the end of the Kingdom Arc, which was slightly out of character, but was still very entertaining.

As for the DBZ characters, that should be just fine for several reasons. 1) They're abridged, they're SUPPOSED to be funny and 2) it kinda makes sense in the context you have.
