      Okay so the main character Hisao gets confessed by a girl and he has a heart attack. Literally. So he goes to a hospital where he is diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. This causes him to be transfered to a new school dedicated to those with disabilites. Despite his difficulties, Hisao is able to find friends - and perhaps love, if he plays his cards right.

      That is the shortest summary I could come up with. But it gets the point across. It is a romance visual novel with five routes (one for each of the romance option). Any questions?
