If transportation is a problem, perhaps see if someone in the club can give you a ride, so that she can do what she wants to and so can you?

extracting is just the term for taking something out of compression (in this case you are taking an AVI file out of 7Z compression)

Find the place where you downloaded the file and right click the first one (it will be labeled ".7z.001") there should be an option that says "7-Zip" and inside of that "Extract Here" select that and it will just run. If you don't see it then you will need to open 7-Zip, find your file in there (again ".7z.001"), inside of it find the file you want and hit "Extract", hit "OK" in the window that pops up.

Sorry, I had gotten caught up in other stuff. If you have all the files in the same folder and just start extracting the first one it should just move on to the following parts automatically.
