so how's the singing going? I'm thinking I might start practicing today, but it depends on how my dad's doing. He's having to work overtime this weekend and I can't get in the way

hahaha, that's funny because I'm in exactly the same boat. I'm not really good at playing the piano, and yet people say I'm really good. I don't get. I'm not good, so why do they say so?

what are you talking about? Getting this done now is probably better than later. At least than you have it taken care of. But why don't you just send me those 3 files so i can listen and know what to do before I start practicing...and I want to hear how you sing really badly XD

oh, and I found that the lyrics on the pages are a bit off, so it might help to get the lyrics from metrolyrics.com. But other than that, the sheet music is fine with the notes

sorry, I over complicate things a lot of times, it's just, I need to figure out the best way to sync my piano with your singing. There is always just you singing while listening to the song and putting it up and me just playing and putting it up. And you don't have to do it right now if you don't want to. This is going to take me a little while. Either way, I need to learn before we can even put the things together.

which means? I mean, I need to either start playing and then get to where you are, or something else. This is probably hardest for me, since I'm trying to sync with you, when I have to get the tempo and everything. I'm not saying singing isn't hard, it's just hard for me since I start before the singing, and then I have to manage to keep with the song, which I'm not sure how I'll be hearing
