I remember...whenever I went to eat somewhere with my Dad, I could always practically feel peoples gazes burning a hole through me as if they knew I was from somewhere else not here. Probably because its a small town, but what the hell. It was really uncomfortable.

It got kind of annoying too after awhile once the stiffness left...especially whenever i went to Barnes and Noble to read a book like any other normal person.

It'll be like the same yet opposite reaction I get here when I tell people I came from Iowa. Except this time, I tell people I just got back from California? Migraine lol.

Great. See, maybe for junior year I might have to move to good ol' Iowa with my dad. Because of personal reasons. Yeah, I just don't want to look weird or anything.

Well, yeah. I guess I do like it out here. It bright and sunny, warm.....all the things I like in a place. But...sometimes I feel strange. I don't know exactly. Ugh, I think I'm giving myself a headache thinking about it lol.

Oh yeah. Bad times. When I visited my dad last year when the floods hit, I remember how bad it was...with a bunch of the houses roofs in water too. When I got off the planes, everyone here in California was basically hyperventilating and asking saying idiot things like, "I thought you died out there!"
