Not really, just the romance subplots. I personally just really dislike the female romance subplot (I'm sure you can guess who it's with), and it's basically non-existent if you play dark side.

The female character story isn't bad but the male is far better (imo). Plus male is canon so yeah.
Personally I've only played light side, though I know all that happens in the dark side playthroughs. I can't bring myself to be mean. D; But I find that the male darkside is much more satisfying than the female, so if you're set on playing female, go light side. Dark side male is rather enjoyable.
