  I just realized that the scene in your sig is from an episode in season 2, and Cuddy, Wilson, and House are all playing poker. Then there's this little kid who ends up having the same disease as an elderly woman from 12 years ago (named Esther) and House is obsessed with saving the kid. Then, towards the end of the episode, Wilson brags to House about how he kicked some dude's ass in poker and obtained all his chips.
