Oh dear, I'd avoid gradients anyway, they aren't too gentle on the eye.

Make sure I'm online when you post it (remember a grand title ;3) and I'll edit in some colors and maybe a few small pictures so it's pleasant on the eye.

Im sorry I am of no help at the moment, using my psp on a foreign internet is bothering.

So what you need now is tips for beginning writers. I don't think that's too hard but you should emphasize things that may be obvious for us but not for them, such as paying extra attention to their spelling and grammar, to avoid shorthand at all costs, to have an idea beforehand instead of writing on auto-pilot etc. I'll think of some other things when I know what you have so far.

I'm rather busy myself but I'll see what I can do. Just tell me what you need. I might have enough time in the evening. I'll still be happy to help.

I see. Yeah, that is good practice. I try to put a little bit of my personality in each of my characters. Just one trait, no matter how irrelevant.

I knew that. So the main character's personality isn't modeled after your own?

I just read the rest of your story so far. Sorry it took so long.
The story is quite passive so far but I suspect this is going to change when you put more emphasis on the Whispers and the spiritual side of your story. The ending was sort of abrupt here too.
That being said, I like how you slowly reveal more details about your main character(s). I like discovering the protagonists as I read, and yours aren't at all predictable. You're doing well. Keep it up.
