It really is, I mean there are hardly any members that are really active. And everyone just likes to complain about how the site used to be better but nobody wants to do anything about it. So, they like to blame the staff. :B Vicious cycle.

Thats really good to hear, I remember how suckish you said it used to be :glomp: Recently my mum has been worse than ever, but the last time I was at my diabetes clinic I spoke with my favourite nurse (who is the lovliest person I know) and I had a really long rant about her o__o and I cried for ages and ages but I feel so much better for having someone to talk to about it :'D
