I had something similar happen to me when I was a kid, I fell off a ladderish thing (I dunno what they're called, these wooden bars by the wall, they're usually in gyms and stuff... Sorry for the incoherency xDx), and I've been afraid of heights ever since that. I didn't even get hurt, but I still get really dizzy even when I'm only up 3 meters or so X_x
Ooh, I always wanted to learn how to ride, I just never got a chance... And then I found out that I was allergic to horses ;_;

They rarely get a chance to tell me to shut up when I'm really worked up, my chattering is just so... constant sometimes xD I freaked out a few freshmen a while ago, when I just talked through a 15 minute break without stopping. <.<

I only payed attention to the latter half, but that was only because we went up to our cottage and we didn't have cable tv xDx
