      Lawl.

You can do that! The bus driver from Rosario+Vampire doesn't care about danger, so he'd totally pick people up and take them where they need to go regardless.

Indeed. I figured that it was pretty much inevitible.

The Saint's Cradle will be in the air above... meh, whereever you need it to be. You can get there by either jumping really high, having Gig take you, or flying. Or take the bus.

      Posted. Enjoy my surprise.

      Alrighty, I will then.

      Cool, I'll post shortly then.

Roger that, I'll have Jail's group get moving.

Sure thing then. Just, from what I read, summoning one is a big deal. We should make a big deal out of it.

Oh, I have the method, I'm more asking permission.

Well there's two options; let it just happen while they're on Earth, as many people have already disappeared that way, or Jail might be able to take them before they get abducted. Either way, doesn't matter who you go with, you'll be in a group with whoever you encounter on the new planet.

Ah, I was about to put things into a position where it was leave or die actually, so we could get to starting the arc proper. Wouldn't you prefer to use it later, where it can be a major boss battle, as opposed to a battleship-fighter that's going to barely be mentioned again?

Now, a question to you. Would I be able to do major damage to the Planet Killer without destroying it, but putting it in a position where it would have to retreat?

But contradictions are easy to fix. Wizards did it.

      Sure thing, not a problem.

Shorthand for "got to the point they are in technological development".

Possibly that business with Sovereign failing to open the Citadel took longer than we thought, that's all. In that time, Chaos got their tech together.

Then there's that. Totally impossible to have them turned into husks, unless like, they held one down with a full-sized Reaper while it got impaled. Far too much work for them, they'd just anihilate them instead.

      Pinekaboo
Daemon husks?! Ahaha, no, that would be ridiculous. I'll make up some crap about them being immune to that, like how the Protheans were.

I imagine that would be the case, yes. Doubt that every weapon on the Omegas would have them, but certainly the main superlaser in their torso would, and possibly their electric stun attack. The regular laser shots would probably just be slightly anti-psychic, doing damage against the Daemons, but not enough to down one without a hell of a lot of shots.

If we were talking about a straight up home-universe fight, I'd agree with you and say you could win outright after a long fight, but in this universe all these things exists in the same universe, and that means that the Reapers would be prepared for them, what with them technically being lifeforms. Hell, how the Space Marines/Chaos Marines didn't already trigger a cycle, I have no idea.

Can if you want, but I'm sure you know how powerful Omega is, right? Essentially a superboss in all the Final Fantasy games it's appeared in, taking a full squad of characters that would, in any other battle, be gamebreakers to take down. And there's a full force of them. You can take down a few of them, sure, probably even hold them on even terms, perhaps even gaining just a slight upper hand on them, but once the full-size Reapers arrive too, this thing is a curb-stomp battle as neccessitated by plot.
That's not to say you can't blow up some of those too though.

Welp, the first of the Reaper's units have revealed themselves in CC. Things are about to get even more brtual down there.
