Either use equipment mod to change the left hand weapon of whichever character whose status you used, or use weapon model mod to change the model.

There are three values that all need to be just right to make a character dual wield: Moveset, status, and sub-status. I assume you know how to locate a character's model/mset/status/etc.



Moveset, status, and sub-status all need to be set to the values of a character with dual wielding. As an example, let's mod Sora to dual wield. A dual wielding character is Dual Wield Roxas. We insert his moveset (0A), status (0E), and sub-status (0A) values in Sora's adresses:

If we want a dual wielding ally - let's use Final Form here - we change the moveset to Final Form's; 05. The status is likewise changed to Final Form's status 06.

Notice that I did not modify Donald's sub-status. You do not need to mod it if the character you are making dual wield normally dual wields. You only need to mess with sub-status if you want a non-dual wielding character to dual wield.
