A Kingdom Hearts easter egg has been spotted in the newly released, Final Fantasy XV! As shown in a video clip released by JAXTAROO on Youtube, it looks like one of Noctis' friends is a Kingdom Hearts fan! Although the video shows no spoilers, the transcript has been put in spoiler tags for those avoiding every and all little spoilers for the game.

It looks like Square decided to release some new charm necklaces maybe in anticipation for Kingdom Hearts 2.8's release next month! Made from silver, these designs include the Wayfinder from Birth by Sleep (pictured above), Sora's necklace, Kairi's good luck charm, the Kingdom Key, and Roxas' zipper charm (all pictured below). The Wayfinder costs 13,390 yen (about 118 USD) while the other four necklaces cost 9,270 yen (about $82 UDS).

Even though the promise of Kingdom Hearts III news has been pushed back along with the Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 release date, it looks like we'll still be getting Kingdom Hearts news next month anyway! Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX will both be appearing at Jump Festa 2017 on December 17 and 18! While neither game will have demos or stage shows, they'll both be receiving new trailers!

Several new screenshots were also released for the games and can be viewed below.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will release on the PlayStation 4 on January 12 in Japan and January 24 in North America and Europe. Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX will release on the PlayStation 4 on March 9 in Japan, March 28 in North America, and March 31 in Europe.

With less than two months to go before the release of 'Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue', Square-Enix has begun advertising the game through various media. Attached with copies of the recently released 'Final Fantasy XV' is an ad with a banner of 2.8 that was revealed months ago:
In addition to that, Square-Enix is also running the following paid ad on Twitter:
'Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue' will be released in Japan on January 12, 2017, and will be released to the rest of the world on January 24, 2017.

According to the Amazon Germany listing of 'Kingdom Hearts 2.8 HD Final Chapter Prologue', the cinematic title in the game, 'Kingdom Hearts χ[chi] Back Cover' is mentioned to be 80 minutes long, putting it at around half the runtime of the '358/2 Days' and 'Re:coded cinematics.
