    OK, If anyone reading this has a Youtube account, could you please help me!

    Whenever I try to sign up for an account, the screan goes white and it says

    "Sorry. Based on the information you have submitted to us, you are ineligible to register for YouTube.com. "

    Does anyone think they could help me figure this out?
