Here's mine: Games: Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, FireRed, SoulSilver, Platinum, and Black Player Characters: Ash (Yellow), Red, Leaf (FireRed), Kris (Crystal), Gold/Ethan (SoulSilver), Brendan (Emerald), and Black/Hilbert (Black) Champions: Blue (FireRed), Steven (Ruby), and Cynthia (Platinum) Rivals: Gary (Yellow), Blue (FireRed), Silver (SoulSilver), and Bianca (Black) My Favorite Team that I had of all time: Pikachu, Espion, Umbreon, Charizard, Blastoise, and Venasaur. (I've had the same team since Crystal Version)
I will be hated for it but I am not much of a fan of the first or second generations. My absolute favorites are ruby, sapphire, and emerald. I love Brendon and May, Team Magma is just boss, and all of the Legendaries are fantastic.

Those last two actually have some character development. Team: Magma. Also, I miss the secret bases in Gen III. They need to bring those back.
