Trading card games. Whether it's Magic, Yu-gi-oh, Pokemon, or even that Duel Masters thing. You know what, I'm going to make my own. Will post next month when I give up with what I finished.
I took a look at my 15yo cousin's Christmas list last weekend and was shocked and appalled to find that half of it was comprised of Yu-Gi-Oh cards.
Yu-Gi-Oh completely dominated my life in 3rd-5th grade, and I somehow retained my dignity. I miss it too. Nowadays Yu-Gi-Oh isn't the unique sophisticated card game it was back in the day, kids are missin' out.[DOUBLEPOST=1354752455][/DOUBLEPOST] At 15 years old I would save my money and buy them online. Not so that my family wouldn't know, but to not look like that kid that never grew up.
Yu-Gi=Oh in middle school turned me into a thief. My friends and I would go to a specific store to steal so many, that they eventually stopped selling them and you had to ask for them at the counter. Now that I think about it, I stole my first Magic, the Gathering deck as well. ...my God, I was horrible kid.
Cut down because of school, but I've been lurking. Don't like the way the community has been turning out recently so I've been straying away from it.
Yugioh is still a part of my life but the new stuff has ruined it for me slightly as for magic I have cards just haven't actually played a game with them yet and I've had them for six months.
Hi, YGO player here. I play Yu-Gi-Oh on a regular basis. In real life. With my Crystal Beast deck that took me a month to put together.
I still have my pokemon cards stashed up in my bedside drawer. I remember playing with them a lot when i was in Grade 2.
