You know what I miss most about old game cartridges?

When they wouldn't work and you had to blow them.

I had a technique where I'd kneel over, bring the cartridge softly to my lips, and blow oh so gently into it. I'd maybe sit there blowing my game for a while until it was satisfied and I'd make sure to clean up any leftover...dust.

Ahahah. I agree so much. I remember when a SNES or a Gameboy game wouldn't play, I just blew a bit and it worked.
Unlike disks which tend to just break with me.

Y'know, not all things were great about the old days of gaming...

The 64 was my favorite. It took me 3 years to get it working again. I used a gamecube to replace the cord that wasn't working. Bur I agrre with Hay. They had their bad times.

I miss the age where receiving a scratch on your gaming cartridge did not alter your ability to play the game.

I've never had a disk fail on me even when I dropped my PS2 five feet down onto a concrete floor with my GH1 in it. I'm not gonna try it again though.

It's just that you made somewhat of a point. Most of us probably read the first line and pressed the reply button.

Excuse us for not being as sexually active as you are.

I love how a year ago I wouldn't have gotten this within the first few lines like I did just now.
