358/2 Days Xion's hood

Anyone else notice that when someone who hadn't seen Xion's face when they were talking her hood was still up?

 

She hides her face, since

She looks different depending on who looks at her

Heres how most people see her

Xemnas - Ven and a doll
Saix- A doll
Xigbar - Ven

 

There's a plot reason for that.

 

like what do they explain later in the game

 

i have got to say i think it has no real relavence at all i just think it is a mistack on the game or something like that

Well, I hate to sound blunt, but it isn't. this was intended, as we are eventually shown

IMO, I think it depends how you treat her. After Xion and Axel became friends, Axel began to see her face. Saix sees her with her hood, meaning he treats her like a doll and, he makes a small reference to her being a replica. There's also Xigbar with his "poppet".

Yeah, I thought it was some sort of glitch. I was like WTF how could they not catch that? But then I played for about another hour and was like... oh.

But I honestly thought they were having another "Sephiroth glove" moment there or something :P

How do you know how xemnas and saix look at her?

 

Actually it's because of her connection to Roxas. The more time Axel spent with both of them, the friendlier he becomes with her and the more he starts to see her the way Roxas does.

You can tell from the way they talk about her. "Broken", "it", "mistake" etc.

They say stuff like "it" has become "she" beacause of Roxas, and therefore becomes more "human"

 

Picture how lost and confused I was when playing the japanease verstion. O_o

 

What about that glitched cutscene where Xion takes her hood off and put it back on every other line?
