Xaldin. Demyx was pretty easy...

I say neither... Demyx would complain about fighting until Xaldin got bored and left lol...

 

I dunno maybe xaldin is well...a little old :)
And demyx is kinda weak...

Wind is the ultimate of earthly elements end of story. And besides if you look at fighting styles Xaldin is just a lot tougher and more inclined to fighting.

 

Why does everyone think Demyx is such a whimp? O.o

A lot of people have trouble fighting him, just as a lot of people have trouble fighting Xaldin. I voted Demyx because I kicked Xaldin's ars arcanum within five minutes, while Demyx took me about fifteen because he kept killing me.

 

I say Xaldin. He has the element of wind. All he needs to do is put up aero and Demyx couldnt hurt him. I had more trouble fighting Xaldin then I did Demyx when I first went through the story when the game first came out.

 

If they actually did fight, and Demyx didn't bore Xaldin to death, our Whirlwind Lancer would win, because even though the boss fight may not have been too hard, in actuality, Xaldin would have shiskabobed or whatever Demyx in six different places quickly.
