Game: Corpse Party. Size: 150 x 150 Amount: 24 CnC appreciated. There are no spoilers, though here's a warning for some blood and one semi-ecchi. There are a few with super awkward placement ... Experimentation on my part, sighhh.
The variety in these pieces as well as visual composition is very well done. Very cute. The only thing that seems repetitive is the use of saturation. Everything is too red. I usually see people stick to the warm colors when they make avatars en masse. Usually. I'd like to see you experiment with cooler colors, or just brightness levels in general. Sometimes things look great saturated, and some things look great unsaturated. Tis up to the artist. You did a great job! Hope to see more.
Thank you! Well, I did try experimenting with some cooler colors here. And some less ... vivid/bright ones here. But the redness in these is intentional. It's not the saturation (well, not completely), it's an overlay and a selective color layer that was applied to all avatars for a common color/theme (I tend to apply a common color/theme to a batch of avatars). Red because Corpse Party is pretty bloody. /I'm so stupid lolol. But yeah, I really do like saturation, though (and tend to over-saturate in general). I'm a fan of bright, vivid colors. ;~; I try to stray from that from time to time for variety, but eh. In this case though, the redness is caused by overlay / selective color layers that were applied to each. Good eye for noticing, though, and thank you for the CnC. <3 I am forever experimenting (and most times failing forever). c':
As usual, I love your work. The colors, saturation, placement and lighting are beautiful as always and I adore the stocks themselves. Some of them are just too adorable, like this one:
I adore the saturation! ;~; I like bright colors and stuff, too. I like the stocks, too. Lovely quality. Would you recommend Corpse Party, then? /assuming it's an anime. My favorites are these two: Do you mind if I use them? MSN, etc.
Hm... This set feels a little oversharp and the background colors look too vibrant and forced. Next time you go for a solid background, try something a little bit paler and try to blend it with the stock a little more. Pretty much every one of these looks like it has been sharpened into oblivion, and the stocks stand out so much that is can be called contrasting with the background. That is usually a bad thing. In my opinion, anyway.
I don't mind if you use them, nope. Thank you. Corpse Party is a game for PSP. I would suggest watching a let's play, if you can't get the game. @Cat, Makaze; Thank you.
