Would this hypothesis seem right?

Do you think it would be right to avoid a war at an innocent childs life?

Say Japan's and Jamaica's (weird choices >>) leaders had an argument and Jamaica requested a child or they would start war (crappy example but ok).
Would it be right to kill an innocent child to avoid war?
