sry if this thread has already been made, the character limit in the search prevents me from searching for it. x} So has anyone (or anyone's mam) bought? My mam has and she's totally hogging my Wii because of it. >:[ It is quite fun, though. My mam has set me a target of gaining 3 stone in 3 months, lol WTF. I can beat my mam and her boyfriend at most things, which is awesome because they think they're fitter than me.. and it's very fun to watch her flailing about like a fish out of water trying to do some of the things on there. Most of it is pretty boring apart from the balancing games and the body test, imo.
I want it!!!! But my mum has put her foot down n' said no to it. Plus, i don't have the cash. Although, i think i can brin' my mum around to buyin' it. keke. It looks like an awesome family game...n' an excuse to play it on the big tv. lol, 3 stone in 3 months? Beefcake Mish. That's totally impossible, unless you were on it all the time, n' pushin' yourself as far as you could. Wii fit isn't meant for actually exercise, lol.
Oh, I remember seeing a commercial for this ;D I don't even own a wii, but my irl friend does (you know who this gentleman is ;D) and it's loads of fun playing at his house. I was like:" Dude, wii fit does sound a bit fun" And he's all :" Heck yeah!, you saw the commercial too, I'm soo getting that!!". Soo I guess I'll be trying it out in the near future x3
I'm not spending $70 on this crap, especially sicne $20 of it is a plastic scale >_> If I was going to get one of those accesory games, I'd get Guitar Hero or Rockband
I wouldnt want ot pay 70 bucks for this. I paid 225 for rock band. any other plastic peripheral now seems inferior (in what its used for not quality rock band instruments are **** quality)
I wouldn't bother spending money for it either though I can see some merit with it. I just though can't see myself doing that anymore than I can watching aerobics and other fitness stuff on TV and hopping into it. I really would rather be outside doing a sport or at some real class rather than standing in front of a TV anymore than I have to. It's a good idea though if it does help people with fitness and they don't have to feel so embarrassed if they are shy about working out around others, etc.
My mom's getting it for her 37th birthday -_- (she probably won't allow anyone to play it but herself)
I think it's around eighty dollars. It's near impossible to find, I saw it once and never have found it again. It's on my Christmas list, I love the look of it.
i want it, but i don't think it's worth the price. it looks like one of those things that would get old fast but i actually heard great things about Wii Fit so i AM intrigued.
