I've always considered making a little beeper and planting it in everything I own and then if you think its lost all you have to do is press the button and a song will start playing, then you'll be able to find out where the thing is that you lost. Or GPS was another thing I thought of...

Don't worry Famous, I lose my possesions all the time....come to think of it, I haven't seen my PATD CD in awhile.
