   I have the game and when I came to these cut scenes the had no voices. There were only jap text. How did they get the jap voices.

   Because there wasn't enough time to get the NA voices for the NA voiced version of KH2's FM.
   
   But you can view them with voices (Japanese) in Theatre mode.
