    spdude is the owner, but he is never on. Identity Theft and Repliku are the best to talk to if you need to.

    Like it has been said above, Spdude=owner, next in line is Identity Theft, since he has been admin longer, but I am positive that Repliku could help out also....

    Any of the staff would really work, but if it is something you'd like to take to admins then yeah, Identity Theft or Repliku. Anyone you feel most comfortable with and who can get the you the best results.

    Really, you can pm any of the staff and they would try to assist you, as others have said. If you want to pm me though, go ahead and I'll try to see if I can help or make things worse. Going to close this, however, since everyone here answered the question.
