Who's getting a 80 or 40GB PS3 or Wii for Christmas or this year?

I'm getting a 80GB ps3 and Wii for Christmas. what you guys getting

I have all the consoles...but though PS3 is the only thing that is missing of my life.

 

I'm missing straight A's in my life. its because I PLAY'd too many video games.

 

I'm trying to get enough money by christmas to buy it myself....the thing that sucks is that the people won't give me any money till christmas day >____>

So hopefully there'll be at least 1 80 GB after christmas and a copy of Assassins Creed left T_T

 

i have all the consoles except the ps1 & ps3. the recent one that i got was the wii.
but im planning to get video camera, so i can make a webcast show w/ mai friends. i already got a name for the show.:p

 

If only i can give you some moolahs..but damn....

I won't be getting any this Christmas, i'm saving up for a new laptop. :3

Plus i got my Wii the day it was released so no worries there. It's incredibly hard to find a Wii over here (or at least were i live). I see many worrying parents, scrambling to find one for their kids.

I'll probably get the PS3 next though, then perhaps a Xbox360.

 

I'd say I'm getting a 360, but I already got one as a early Xmas present. :D

try ebay to get a PS3 ( the 1st ones that came out )
they are able to play every PS1 and PS2 game for your country =]

I would never buy a PS3 from ebay. I've heard too much about scams on consoles.

Truthfully, as long as I get ANYTHING for christmas, I'm happy. I never get any christmas presents cuz my parents think that'll spoil me so I can't get anything from others. T_T

Anyways, I could get both an 80GB PS3 and Wii with the money I saved up plus and Xbox360 and a lotta games for all of them. (saved approx. $2000 bucks) Though my parents would never let me use it so there's no point for me 2 get anything...

 

I would not recommend Ebay for a PS3 either. You are liable to get something that isn't so great even if you did save some money. It's better to just go buy one direct at a store that sells them so you can see with your own two eyes that it hasn't been used before or mistreated. There are some great things on Ebay but for some reason, any digital/computer/or game things I get from there are usually not as good as I had hoped. Just a warning.

As for back on topic, I won't be getting one for Xmas but soon after that. I am buying a 40 gig one so I can replace the HD with one of my own that has more room when I need it. Congrats to those who are getting one for Xmas! I wish I was young enough to live at home and still get those sorts of things, lol. College is expensive.

 

I know what you mean. I've got my hands full enough trying to get extra shifts at work so I have enough money to buy gifts for family and friends.

I'm thinking of getting a PS3 though I'll have to pay 50% of the price though. Thankfully my parents are willing to contribute so that makes my job easier.
