They would both kill each other in the process because

Neku might win. But Sora has pretty much infinite magic, and his Reflect + magnet + thunder would instantly kill.

Not to mention Sora has Limit form.

 

LULZ I don't like either in particular. Sora's too wimpy and Neku's too whiny, so I think they would both just cry and go home before the fight started. xD
