What about Naked Snake aka Big Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3? He went trew Russia and fights guys named The Pain, The Fear, The End, And The Fury come on man.

 

Leon is the most badass, hands down. I mean, he looks up Ashley's skirt! A true man :') ... Not like any of these pretty boys! Sephiroth and Cloud aren't deserving enough to be on a badass list.

i have yet to play to play God of War so i couldn't say Kratos (although it looks amazing) So i just said Sephiroth. :p

 

Sephiroth is DEFINATLY the badest! He's got that HUGE Masamune,He looks cool,and he's WAY tapped in the head. Sephiroth rules!

 

Sephiroth and Cloud are emo, why are they here. @_@; Anyways, I would say Leon. He defeats a huge spaniard cultist full of mutants and goes through tons of crap to save the president's daughter and doesn't get paid for it.

 

meh...normally i would choose Dante,but since he inst on the poll i have to say Cloud.greatest FF character imo and vincent too =P

Badassery scale rising...

Kratos, hands down God of War was an absolutley amazing game (haven't played GOW2 yet) he's so ruthless and simply unstoppable put anything in front of him and it's gone in a bloody mass, you frigging control him in a sex minigame, so badass. Haven't played RE4 but really want to.

 

I vote Cloud.

Wouldn't wanna run into him in a dark alley with his big sword.. =o

And also, he can rain on you!

 

See the reason I wouldn't vote for any of the FF or KH characters is they come from a completley different art style that makes the characters look slik and... sharp? (if thats a way to put it). Most eastern games have the characters that unless there teens or kids seem to be very feminine, where as from over in the West we get all the manly characters who every nerd wants to be rofl.

You forgot Dante from the Devil May Cry series!! Now he's the most badass! But I'll just go with Sephiroth since he's the second most badass. I mean look how long his sword is!!.

 

Well normally I would say a tie between Solid Snake or Dante. But Kratos is the third most badass. I mean he killed Ares.
