Okay, for the most part, I've seen what system you are loyal to, but I want to know, which console do you guys think is winning? And please no **** like "PS3 is teh best 4evur!" or "Wii kiks ***!", I want intelligent reasons please.
So far it's been kinda close. Now that Galaxy has come out the last thing to wait for is brawl so until then the Wii is relying on the sales of Galaxy. PS3 has been a bit active since the summer ended with a price drop and some awesome games (Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted, etc) But as we all know the day Halo 3 came out was the 360 breaking the limit but since then they seem to have "slacked off" kinda. For now it seems the PS3 is having it's glory moment.
that's quite an ambiguous question. In terms of sales, Wii is "winning" with more units sold so far. In terms of quality games... that's open for opinionated discussion. Anyone could be "winning". I don't own any of the systems but I think the 360 is "winning" as it has many more games that I want than the PS3 or Wii.
Nintendo is still in the lead. Microsoft is starting to go down. PS3 sales has risen a little bit. I think this is as of Dec 1st.
I think that the Nintendo Wii is currently winning the console war, but my prediction is that the PS3 will make a strong fightback. It just depends how strong as to whether it eventually takes over the Wii and the 360 in terms of popularity and quality games.
Dude, Nintendo is winning and is gona take the first place trophy hands down. It's the best for sales and it's only gona get better.
The Xbox 360 is winning because it has more games than the PS3 and Wii currently but when it's 2008 the PS3 will have more games so that's looking good for that year.
I say the Wii, it's sales have matched that of the 360's and it took them half the time it took Mircosoft, so that has got to account for something. The PS3 is the slowest due to the price and the 360's headstart, but next year will see a rise for the PS3. Honestly I still think it's too early to tell.
Okay, this is exactly why I said CURRENTLY. I don't really care what you think it going to happen to make the 360 come back on top or Wii pwn. I want to know you're opinion for right here, right now. Same as above.

Exactly what i'm sick of... also this crap i keep hearing from 360 fans "360 WILL WIN" "...have an opinion to back that up" "YES" "...well?" "NINTENDO SUX THATS WHY 360 RULEZ" being a fan of Nintendo... this tends to piss you off... anyways, i'm all with DA... Wii's been showing off some good sales but it's still too early to tell...
I believe that the Wii is going to win. My reason being that it stretches out to a wide range of age groups. For example, my uncle bought a Wii, and we had a small family reunion at his house, and both sets of my grandparents, my dad, all my aunts and uncles, all people who typically NEVER play video games and HATE them were playing it. My girly girl cousins who don't even LIKE playing video games enjoyed it, not to mention its so easy for little kids to play. So despite whatever awesome games come out for X Box 360 or PS3, those games only appeal to people of certain groups where just about every game on the Wii is easy and enjoyable for youngsters of about 4 to old timers of any age. I'm actually glad that Nintendo is doing so well. NES had been around since 1983, 5 years before I was born yet when I was about 4 or 5 I remember playing Super Mario Brothers 3, and Mario and other loved Nintendo characters have always been kid friendly and around since the beginning. When I think of Nintendo, I think of fun and simple games, of Zelda and Kirby. PS3 nor X Box have any notorious characters associated strictly with them. I could say Lara Croft since that was a popular PS game, but Lara isn't exactly a member of a kid friendly-ish game that parents and children alike could enjoy. Don't get me wrong I love X Box and PS very much, in fact a PS2 was my very first game counsel, but truth is that a Wii has just too much to offer to hardcore gamers and families alike that it could be surpassed by the other counsels.
id say Wii and Xbox 360 cuz they have the good games on them and well ps3 doesnt have any super awsome games i can think of :\
as of now the Wii is. and it will continue to until the PS3 is affordable. it only $400 now, quite in range for me to buy it soon :) but the Wii is well.... 1. affordable 2. actually fun besides just having good graphics
If we look at current standings, the Wii is obviously ahead. The Xbox was outsold even though it debuted a whole year earlier than the Wii. The PS3 is moving upwards. So, as it stands I'd have to say the Wii is ahead but I do not see a console that is going to hold the 'top spot' in 2008 for sure yet. 2007 though was definitely the year of the Wii. 2008 though may turn around and all since better games for the PS3 come out and the price dropped, and Xbox has some good titles too that are out and others are going to be out too in 2008. I don't have a prediction yet though for that outcome. As for asking people for their general opinions 'currently' and some people saying the Wii is ahead, or Xbox or PS3 will take the lead...I don't see why these get slammed since no one can really say currently anything logically other than the Wii is ahead. So can we not slam people for saying facts as proof of their opinion, as some of us actually -do- look up things and use facts to support ourselves?
Xbox 360 is winning... I don't even have an xbox. Gmers don't want a console... They want games. Since xbox has been out sooo long it has tons of games and tons of gamers... Wii is catching up though.... Ps3 is kinda draggin, but it will get gamers soon. If it lowers the price. (snickers) I have a wii...
