Chain of Memories wheres marluxia?

Don't know if there is already a thread for this but I just thought about this marluxia with his hood up is at the stairway to floor 2 waiting for sora then axel comes and takes over. Marluxia isn't seen again until sora is at floor 10! So where and what was marluxia doing during those 8 floors?

Marluxia got defeated by Sora...

 

He was scheming, and letting Larxene and Axel do the dirty work for him.

 

He was sitting on the top floor.

 

True, but he and Larxene were in it together with the scheming and wanting to overthrow the organization from the start. He probably was keeping an eye on Namine or watching events unfold in that crystal ball that they have on one of the floors.

 

Marluxia was seen at the beginning of CoM as you mentioned and is the Org member who greets Sora initially and seals him in the Castle Oblivion. After that as you play the game you will see Marluxia more later on. He does not come out and meet Sora again until towards the end of the game where he and Axel face off and Sora is left to confront Axel. However, he has some scenes in both CoM and RR which was basically consisting of plots with Larxene, Axel, and also ordering Vexen to kill Sora etc. You'll need to play the game more to get to see his parts.

 

Were you paying attention to the story? Axel,Larxene, and the others were fighting Sora and Riku while Marluxia was plotting etc. But watch the cutscenes next time ok?
