    If you're talking about what I think you're talking about, it's in the sandlot. On the wall near the exit to the ally if I recall. Don't think you can simply waltz into a battle with Setzer, you have to beat Hayner a bunch of times(10?), then you face Setzer a bunch of times to unlock Seifer. Doesn't give you anything for doing all that, you just get to struggle against them.

    Ah. I've only beaten Hayner 7 times (without losses).

    How many time do I have to bet Setzer in order to play Seifer?

    Yeah I had it right, It's:

    Beat Hayner 10 times, unlock Setzer. > Beat Setzer 10 times, unlock Seifer. > Beat Sefier as much as you please.
