Just as user break said, you go to the Pride Land. You just lower Sora's HP in critical state. Equip Sora with Gull Wing Keyblade so go to the King's Den and go up to the Peak. Here you'll meet thousand Heartless (Rapid Thrusters) and ya'll get many EXPs defeating them by the Ability Experience Boost of the Gull Wing Keyblade.

I advice to you two more things: disable Donald Spells (expecially Cure's Spell) and able Sora's Ability "Experience Boost" if Sora has it.

I leveled him up to 99.

If you're like Lv. 50ish then play the the Peak or Pride Rock for a bit. After that level your forms because you'll be getting their cool abilities and getting EXP at the same time.
    Level:
    Valor: Like anywhere
Wisdom: The World That Never Was in the beginning with the Shadows. Or if you have a big drive bar for it then anywhere with lots of Heartless
Master: The Land of the Dragons
Final: The World That Never Was*

And when you run out of Drive go to the Colisseum and enter a tournament, press start and say quit, then you're Drive is refilled.

Then just train in TWTNW because the Nobodies give you 1000 and 400 EXP each.

*Or another interesting detail is that when you're in the room before the Altar of Naught (with the blue stairways) just enter the Altar of Naught when you're about to run out of drive, then repeat.

A really good place to level up is in The world that never was, because most of the nobodies give, like 1000 points of EXP.

A good way to level up Final Form is to go to Yen Sid's tower, then keep fighting nobodys through the whole tower. Repeat. LOL.

I leveled up at The world that never was. Only do this if you're at the last stage of the game! Start at the entrance to the castle and fight all the nobodies and keep going- killing everything on the way until you get to the room where it leads to the places to fight Saïx and Luxord- go into these as well and then go back the way you came and start again.

I did my leveling up in Beast's Castle. I just kept running from Belle's room to the Beast's, leveling up Sora, the summons, and all but one of his Drive Forms really easily. You can get enough drive orbs there to keep a drive form or summons going a rediculously long time. Just use Oathkeeper as your main keyblade and go kill some Heartless.

Final form I leveled up on The World That Never Was.

Like most people are saying, start out leveling up at the peak of Pride rock and then really hit The World that Never Was hard. You should hit level 99 in no time.

A good way to train wisdom is to go to Timeless river. Go to one of the 4 doors and train and go through each door. When your drive bar is 1-0 quickly get out and go to the door to get to the present. Your drive bar is now full. Go back through the "past door." Repeat.

    Lvl 99? TWTNW...

I found TWTNW the most helpful to me. Just start down in the city and work your way up to the Altar of Naught. You can usually level up once or twice just going up...but you can always turn around and go right back down again if you don't get enough EXP to satisfy you.

I've never actually used the Pride Lands thing, but I'm assuming that it must be good if so many people are recommending it.

    Two places.

One is the TWTNW. What's funny about this world is that you can STILL be killed even at a high level.

The second area is The Pride Lands (grammar? >_>). If you go through the King's Den and to the peak of the rock, you'll see those Yellow Heartless (?). Just keep using Simba's Limit. It's the best place to set a new record. >_>

    I had a 300+.

Hardly. I hated the Pride Lands, I never went back after the second visit.

What I do is start at the beginning of TWTNW and once I get to the last save then I go back and do it all over again.

Well, I levelled up in the World that Never Was, which is the perfect spot if you want to level up a lot.

As for the Drive Forms, these are the best places to level up:

    Valor: Anywhere

Wisdom: The World that Never Was (areas where the shadow heartless waves appear)

Master: The Land of the Dragons (in the areas where the firework carts release the yellow drive orbs)

Final: The World that Never Was and the Mysterious Tower in Twlight Town.

    Hope that helps ^^
