    Well, to find orchilium+, i know there's a chest in the world that never was, and just fght some nobodies and heartless, and they randomly leave behind items.

    Strategy guide has lists for where to find diff items, that's what helped me in the first one, I'm sure they've got it in the second.

    Heartless and Nobodies drop stuff too, but it varies by world.
