Well well, it's been quite a while since i've made a tag.

I've got two for you to judge. They're both unfinished and i've still got the xcf file (pradon the low quality, but I uploaded them through this site, so the quality sucks for now). CnC away, and I know it sucks. I'm just not Misty or Enzy or Plums tho, k?

I really like this actually, though it sucks about the low quality. ;~; I'm sure it would look very more prettyful if it were of higher quality? Photobucket doesn't like you?

Anyway, I always considered orange and blue to be two colors that go well together, just look at Mudkip. :lolface: I think that I like the first version better because the render circles the words and the background doesn't feel as empty as it does in the second. The sunset-y colors that you used fit well with the overall theme of Roxas, seeing that he did live in Twilight Town. The borders of orange aren't actually too bad either, considering I'm not a big fan of them most of the time.

It's too bad about that quality though, bet it looks right purty when in higher quality.

 

I'm using a computer that blocks most websites, doesn't allow for a proxy, and makes Photobucket troll me in terms of uploading and viewing images.
I agree that V1 makes it feel less empty, but I thought the squares were just awkward. Unless you've seen the source.

Yes, it looks purty in HQ, as do most things.

 

Not too bad. I like it for the most part though.

I can't really make any good suggestions other than hope you could raise the quality a bit.

 

Yeah, the quality only sucks because of where I was forced to upload it. It'll undoubtedly be better for the finished product though. Also, congrats on prem.

Roxas lookin all pimpin, the first one does more for me with the checkers, gives the image a better balance like Lave said. Plus blues and greens are two of my favorite colors so it's pretty awesome in my book.
I'm sure it looks splendid in HQ, the only tweak I'd make is moving the text slightly up and to the left, still a very nicely done job.

 

Hey, these are very nice! Too bad about the quality...
The text is really good too! And the borders are really nice as well! The flow and colour in the background is also very fitting!
Personally, I prefer V2. I don't know why, but I think it seems nicer without the squares.
