Help When KHII opening is downloaded its not the same as the watchable one

    When KHII opening is downloaded its not the same as the watchable one. In English the watchable one is English but when I download it, it turns out to be Jappanese. The English one has a better quality screen. Any Help will be greatly appreciated thank you. :)
