Question Whats wrong with my PSCS2?

whenever i try to open a render it says the fileformat module cant parse the file,i tried this is imageready and the same thing happened,i need help.
EDIT: ok it might not be my photoshop but i just need to know what to do.

ok i did and i fixed the problem,it was my renders,i didnt get save them the right way
