What's the best program to use?

Hey guys what program should I use for making AMV's and FMV's? Right now I use Windows Movie Maker but it just isn't doing much for me. I need a program that will blow y'all away! Ok, thanks a lot. And get back soon! ^-^

 

WMM is okay... I prefer to use Pinnacle Studio 10.5 Titanium to compile the clips together and add a few transitions like a quick fade in/out. I then go into Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 to edit anything else and add the music.

A lot of people I know still use WMM and create amazing AMVs. Check out this guy:

All his AMVs were created using WMM and they are really really good.

 

Well I know a friend of mine uses vegas and he makes some pretty sweet AMVs......but I'm using WMM cause it's simple and that's good enough for me =P

Just try out a few with a trial and see which works for you.

 

I use Roxio 9 and Sony Vegas 6.0...

but yeah, if your just starting out use imovie or WMM.

 

I need good AMV making progreams for Windows (meaning no iMovie). I know of WMM (have that), Vegas (had a trial), Premiere, Pinnacle Studio, Magix, After Effects. Any other good ones? Also, how to make a good MEP AMV. Which programs to use and how to use them to their full potential! As well as where to get *FREE* added SFX, particleillusions/bgmovies and such. I know an AWFUL LOT OF STUFF but eh.
