I don' t remember, but maybe you should specify which difficulty level you chose.

I chose Standard. Can anyone please help me. He's killed me and right now these are my stats.

    Level: 33
    HP: 115
    FP: 100

    My Command Deck (in order)

    Firaga
    Barrier Surge
    Fission Firaga
    Fira
    Mega-Potion x3
    Fire Surge
    Thundara
    Cura

I only have the Terra, Ventus, and Mickey D-Links equipped and they're all maxed out in power and level. If you can help me then please do. I just wanna win...

Since you play on normal you' re already leveled enough. Your Commands suck though. Try to make some Megaflare or Time Splicer.

Megaflare = Fission Firaga + Crawling Fire
Crawling Fire = Firaga + Slow or Stop or Stopga (80% chance of melting success)

Time Splicer = Aerial Slam + Stopga (100%)
    or Stopga + Barrier (20 %)
or Barrier Surge + Wishing Edge (10%)
or Stun Edge + Slot Edge (10%)

Don' t forget to use your shotlock when you can, it can really help (it' s way better than summoning).

It is really just the same as Terra's final battle, just with slightly higher stats. You can really pull off all the same tricks again. If there is anything you did as Terra that you aren't sure if/how you can do it as Aqua I'll see if I can help.

I did it level 35 on critical and wished I didn't go that far. I wouldn't level past where you are, it kills the fun of it entirely.

Those really won't help at all agaisnt him, since Time Slicer won't stop him and Mega Flare is only damaging in mooks.
Anyways, get Renewal Barrier (Barrier + Esuna/Curaga, must have two barriers), then only guard and counter his attacks, no moving.
Then, when he uses Ultima Cannon, Shootlock.

Also, get Combo Live in case you can't guard it all, and pack yourself with Curas/Gas.
Sonic Rave, surprisingly, is also really effective if it hits, and Surges should work well too.

hmm well I did it on proud mode so I recomend:
Having 2 Curaga (better if you have the magic haste ability)
Ars solum (Does a lot of damage so 2 would be better)
    Dark Haze
I guess around LV40 or higher

Basically have the same attacks as terranort because of what Ive seen he uses Ars solum, dark haze, & geo impact

    Hope this helps

He said in the first post he was in the final chapter. That would be Aqua.

    In that case
    LV45
    barrier surge
    curaga (better than potion)

and dont know what good attacks to use since I just cartwheeled and attcked & once in awhile got ghost drive but with mostly all the abilities you should be able to beat him

It won' t stop him but it will hurt a lot, it' s auto-aimed. Mega Flare is auto-aimed too (and always useful to have, especially for grinding). That way you can concentrate on healing.

Time Slicer fails for this reason. It's long. Once more only applies when you are in recoil, special moves (such as Time Slicer) give you a decent period of time where Once More becomes useless.

If you always check your health that' s fine ... I suspect (s)he doesn' t even have Once More.
Anyway just plain and simple combos and shotlocks should be more than enough if you' re on the constant lookout for your health. The key advice when you suck at fighting is really "watch your health". Worst case scenario buy a bunch of Cure, they only cost 100 munnies each.
