Sorry, I didn't hear you. I was way too busy being the scariest thing you ever experienced as a child.

For me it was probably this:

Well, mostly the Night of the Living Dummy episodes. I'm pretty sure I'd laugh at them now, but back then, god that was one fucen creepy puppet.

I don't have a childhood anymore. I traded it for a warm coat and a loaf of bread.

It says "experienced as a child"

When i was eight years old, i thought Poe was stupid. "So there's a heart under the floor. Who cares?" But those ghost stories had me up all night.

It's an old ghost story that takes place near where i grew up when i was young (and still kinda near).

The basic story is that a girl named Maria grew jelious of her kids becuase her husband paid less and less attention to her. So one day, she took them to the Rio Grande and drowned the children. When she saw what she had done, she ran to find them yelling "Mi hita! Mi Hita!" (Translated: My child (boy), My child (girl)!). She fell on a rock and died. They burried her in white and that night, she rose from the dead calling for her children.

She still haunts the Rio Grande today and even has a park named after her. One legend goes if she finds a child, she'll drown him/her as well. Others is she's a hitchhiker and she'll either dissappear in your car or turn into a rotting corps in you car.

Before i go off to college, me and my cousin are going to go look for her.

I dun like scary things. WHen I was a kid, all cuz of that, I always thought that a scary puppet was gonna walk into my room and do terrible terrible things to me, and then breathe green gas into my mouth and turn me into a puppet O_O

I blame goosebumps for each and every childhood fear I had >.>

I'm glad I probably don't live near the place then....
