Kingdom Hearts II What is a good level to be at in defeating Xaldin

I'm fightning him on expert mode and am at level 36. Should I level up some more? If so, where is a good place?

 

I say that's a good level to defeat him. I did defeat Xemnas at level 50 or 40 something anyway.

 

Yeah. And let me guess, you were stocked fully on High Potions and Potions? I'm not so much like that. I did defeat Xemnas at level 47 in both easy and normal modes.

 

I think youre okay in that level.
I defeated Xaldin in level 34.

 

Not really. All I did to defeat Xaldin was to give everyone potions and start out with Goofy and Beast and then if Goofy died, I'd switch him with Donald. I would also use Valor or Master form. (I defeated him in Anti-form btw. lol XD)

 

I enjoy lvling before I kill Xemnas :p. I think I was 55 or 57 my first time.

 

Any level from Level 15 is fine.

 

No need to it. Your at a good lvl, seing that I defeated him between lvls 24-28, without him touching me, on Proud mode... yeah your at a perfectly good lvl to do it.
in the begining of the fight just let him go to you, and use the reaction command like theres no tomorrow, and then just keep cool and you'll do fine..

 

I beat Xemnas in the early 40's/ late 30's as well...so leveling up for Sephiroth was a total drag.

My only suggestion is not to level up but to make sure you have a good amount of ethers. I really hate using potions, but ethers are good...and conserve your MP for healing.

Since you've beaten him so many times already, I'm not going to bore you and give you the whole run-down on him again.

i beat xemnas at around that. i only fought stuff i had to. man, it was fun. proud mode too.
