Chain of Memories what happens to organization IIIX members when they are killed?

this is really confusing so try to stick with me. organization IIIX members are nobodies. they are the strongest nobodies, and they come together to try and find a way to get back to the way they were before they lost there hearts. but they really dont exist as living beings. so when one is killed, what do you think happens to it?

Maybe they dissapeare, maybe they return to there original selfs.
Who knows?
They don't become reborn as even more powerfull Nobodies... do they?

 

I don't think they turn back into their original selves, or they would just kill themselves to get back to normal.

And, if they were reborn as more powerful Nobodies, then all of the people from CoM wouldn't be completely destroyed.

My guess is that they just fade back into darkness, and their Other is out of luck. That's my theory. Just like I don't know how Xemnas expected to find his heart when Xehanort's Heartless was killed. That's how they go back to normal, right? They find their Heartless? Or are there three parts? An "Other", and Nobody, and a Heartless? That's been confusing me lately.

 

Well as they said themselves, they just fade away and becomes COMPLETELY nothing. Before that, they could sustain a certain form or being even though it isn't completely considered a "being"

So I think they just fade away to nothing and thats it for them.

 

I think in the game, it was said that they fade away into...Darkness/Nothingness/...Something. Like Axel said, [RE:CoM spoilers]:

"Killed him? We're Nobodies. We don't die. We fade. Now he can be nothing instead of just being Nobody."

Something like that. Anyway, I think they fade away, they don't really...'Die'.

 

Well...according to Axel when he "kills" Vexen, he says that "Now you can be nothing instead of Nobody."
I'm guessing that means they just fade away into nothingness.
Or I could be completely wrong, but whatever. xD

 

I don't think we'll ever know, but maybe when Final Mix+ comes out they'll explain more on what happens to Nobodies once they fade away.

My speculations is that they return to a black void. A black abyss likely, and maybe...they come back again like a neverending spirit.

And if they could be spirits then the absent silhouette fights may be cannon like those five make themselves real again (in some manner less than that of a nobody) or maybe they fought Sora in where they faded to?

 

An interview with Nomura a few weeks ago was very interesting about this matter. I paste here the quote:

VIII - When the heartless are defeated, what becomes of the stolen hearts? Also, when members of Organization XIII and other Nobodies are defeated, do they return to their original form?

When heartless are defeated, essentially the owner's hearts are rejoined with their once extenguished body, whichever world it may be on. As for the whereabouts of hearts in KHII that turn up, this time they remarkably went to the organization (there is a foot note here that says "In Kingdom Hearts II after heartless were defeated, the many hearts were absorbed by the Kingdom Hearts of "people's hearts"). However, in the rare case that the body changed into a Nobody, when there is no container for the heart it resorts to a state of suspension.

In the case of a Nobody being defeated, it's a little more complicated. If the above mentioned hearts are liberated, they return to their original form. However, if the heart is still stolen by the heartless, the Nobody's body is swallowed by darkness. If somewhere in the world their hearts are taken back, perhaps they might be able to return to their original human form.

If I understand well, their "Other" might have come back....maybe....

 

If they're heartless is alive, they will turn back to their original form.

If not, they just fade back into nothingness.

 

Hmmm...I never really thought about it, but I assume that they just fade away into the darkness to the point that there's absolutely nothing left.

For some reason, though, I can't get away from hearing that if their heart was freed, they'd become human again. I'm not sure where I heard that though, much less if it's true or not...

 

I believe that when a nobody and it's heartless are killed, they form a chaser, so maybe they become chasers (A new kind of mondter that might be introduced.)

Ok, well seeing as the organization are...nobodies, they are non-existant (NOTHING) remember what Xemnas said. "light and darkness are eternal." nothingness is just ... nothing "Eternal" a nothing can't technically die. it takes a new form of nothing. Maybe this is it. they are eternal NOTHINGNESS.

When nobodies die,they disappear.If their heartless were defeated then the nobody,the original person is reborn.As said in the Director's reports.I forgot about the rest.

I thought that nobodies just faded back in to the darkness when they died.
