What do you look at/for when you are searching for a new thread to r

I look at/for the following:

-The person who made the thread
-for a title that catches my interest
-the number of views.
-the number of replies

Come to think of it, this is probably what everybody looks for. Lolz :-/

 

person who made the thread.
person who replied in the thread.

 

...... forgot about that one. :-/

 

I check the title first. Then I hover over it an read the introduction. Then I'll decide whether to read on or not.

 

- Person who made the thread.
- Title of the thread.
- What section the thread is in.
- What the introduction says.​

 

Topics that don't make me start ranting to myself (politics is one I steer well clear of)

Posters that I know know what they're talking about (even if I don't agree with them, and this is a less important factor)

Interesting discussion (if I have time for a long debate)
OR
Quick response (if I don't. See above^)

That's pretty much the most important things, I think.

 

Would I happen to be one of those posters who knows what they're talking about? Or am I just another idiot. lolz

 

It's usually who created the thread, what the intro says, the title and who's posted in it.

Of course, not in that order, but you get the basic idea.

 

I actually have no idea, some threads just draw me in.

 

I'm looking if I can laugh at someone at that thread.
