In most games they have at least 1 character die. Out of all of them I feel the most tragic deaths were when Axel faded away in KIngdom Hearts 2 and when Zack died in Crisis Core Final Fantasy. Which ones made you cry when you saw them?
The Merry Go from One Piece. Yeah, I know, it's a boat. It's also the most tragic boat sinking ever. EVER. T.T
Hmm, I think there are a few. Axel's death made me choke a little. Zack's death in Crises Core was really sad. The death of Lloyd in Legend of Dragoon.....that always makes me sad. And Lavitz, his is pretty depresing as well. Giro's death in Megaman ZX. That's pretty depressing. I suppose Seed's death in Rogue Galaxy. He may be a villain, but it was sad watching him go. Xion most definately. I mean, techincally she didn't die, but it was close enough. Most of the deaths in FF: Ring of Fates. I mean, that's just depressing to watch.

I'm gonna not risk it and do spoilers SO Okamiden Spoiler Kurow's death. He wasn't a likable character at first but oh my god his death was depressing as hell. Republic Commando (Though not confirmed) Spoiler SEV. AGH. I so want to believe he survived but Lucas's publishing company didn't want Karen Traviss to make a call on that just in case they ever bring the series back. Which they probably won't. And while not a game, Puella Magi Madoka Magica Spoiler Pretty much the entire ****ing series. Sayaka, Kyouko, Mami, and in a sense Madoka because she doesn't "exist" physically.

The scene when Axel fades away always upsets me :'( But when John Marston died at the end of Red Dead Redemption I was almost reduced to tears. Both Characters' death's were tragic.

He doesn't actually die in the game. It's implied that he'll die a year later but we don't see it. Technicalities.
