Theme for these is "what am I fighting for?". Haven't made too many avatars lately, so I'm actually pretty happy with these, but would like feedback nonetheless. All are 120x120. Very likely that I'll be adding more soon, probably KH/FF themed. Feel free to use them, but only on KHV, and please credit me. This one is by far my favorite, and I do plan on using it after the holidays are over, so I'd rather not allow others to use it quite yet. CnC please?
I love the republic comando one. I'm a fan of star wars,so i also love the fetts. Nice on the colors for all of them. Love the art style for okami and cloud. I like the effects you used on inyuashs. 10/10 i say.
There's nothing reason to CnC, they just look like cropped out pictures. Would look better if you added some designs to it, or rather use a bit of curves, and layer mask to upper the tone and colors of the avies.
^ Even if they were, you can still CnC things like positioning etc omg, these are beautiful. c: I especially love the Inuyasha ones and the Link one. The Inuyasha ones especially compliment the grey skin here c: I'm not a big fan of the Cloud one, however, simply because his outline isn't as obvious.
I actually have quite a few layer effects in there. It would probably help if you saw the original images, but...few of them took a lot of digging to find and I don't particularly feel like doing it again. >> And I prefer making simpler designs rather than screwing with it a lot. @Cariad - Thanks. xD I might play around with the Cloud one more, since I really like his expression. They're quite perrty. InuYasha ones are my favorites, though the Young Link one is quite nice as well. Unlike some of the more blind among of us, I notice that the various effect layers you've used work very effectively. They all look quite fitting of the mood portrayed in the picture. Very nice job.
I see what you did there. Yeah, I'm rather fond of the InuYasha ones as well (wonder why), and I'm probably going to make a few more LoZ ones, just need to find scans that I can use. Once I get of my Spice & Wolf fix for the morning I'll probably start on some more. xD Thanks though. :]
