THIS IS WHAT I USED, THERE MIGHT BE BETTER METHODS
What I reccomend is to have all of these:

    Requirements

    Base level:99
    Valor level:7
    Wisdom level 7
    Limit level:7
    Master level: 7
    Final level: 7
Have High Jump, Arial Dodge, and either Dodge roll, or Quick dash as base abilities.
Have once more and second chance as abilities.
    Equip 3 Hi potions
    Equip 3 Ethers
    Equip 2 Elixers.
    High tier Armor and accessories

The use one of these keyblades:
    Decisive Pumpkin
    Ultima Weapon
    Fenirir

ALL combo up abilities, air and ground, the higher the combos, the more damage.

If you have all of those, proceed to the battle

    Battle guide

When the battle starts, instantly use either guard or reflect, trust me, Terra will always attack first. Don't attack while he is attacking or you will take damage, Terra has invincibilty during ALL attacks and when he runs. Once he is done attacking, he will stand still for about half of a second, that if your only opening to attack him, attack with caution, I reccomend using thunder to keep him still for a second, then quickly run up and do a ground combo, once he lands again, do another ground combo, but once you finish the second combo, quickly guard or use reflect, Terra will either turn his weapon into a whip and swing it around, or he will summon tiny objects that will shoot at you for a few seconds. Once you get him down to his desperation move, stay close to him, until he stops powering up, then quickly Arial dodge and glide, once he makes to energy-like cogwheels (one turning vertically and the other horizontaly) glide towards a wall, land and keep your back towards the wall while either spamming guard or reflect. If he locks your commands, with a blue orb above your head, be very careful, only attack when seeing an opening, and you will release your commands if you do enough damage. If he gives you a red orb above your head, use the same tactic, except now you can only use magic until you deal enough damage.

Here are ways to tell when you can attack terra:
After slicing through the air WITHOUT a small ship, he will land and stand still for a good second, quickly attack him, if he jumps up, don't.

After slicing through the air WITH a small ship, he will have the same landing results, use the same idea as above.

If he makes a giant energy orb, you won't be able to reach him unless you reflect the orb INSTANTLY at him. To do this, when he summons the cannon, stand right infront of it, and then guard, if done correctly, the ball will reflect at Terra and knock him into the air, once he is almost at the ground, quickly do a ground combo before he recovers.

If he runs up to very fast, guard, because he will attack you with a ground combo, after guarding, he will stand still for a split second, attack him then.

You can not hit him if he tries to seal your commands, nor if he pulls out bow and arrows, though, to dodge these, use reflect.

These are the only tactics that I know, and if I missed out something, or spelled something wrong, tell me.

NOTE: Limit Form's ground comobo can knock out alot of health from Terra
NOTE: Limit Form's limit, Sonic Blade, is good for recovering HP because it uses low MP and attacks fast.
NOTE: Final form's air combo is a great way to take out Terra's health.
NOTE: Using limits other than Limit Form's limits are very dangerous in this battle

    Good Luck!

try moving up a little rite wen the battle starts and equip at least 2 tornados and use that on him and turn off all the abilties u dont need so hes less agressive and that shood get his hp all the way to 1 then use a regular attack to finish him but u gota use tornado rite wen the first tornado ends at the beginning uv the battle before he goes into that black ball

LOL! Wrong Lingering Sentiment man! This is for Birth By Sleep, not Kh2 Final Mix!
    (This IS good advice though!)

Assuming this is for Vanitas's Lingering Sentiment, I'll offer you the same advice I did another once.

The tactic I used exploits a glitch in the fight.
As soon as the battle starts dash/roll/catwheel behind the large rock thats behind the symbol you examine before the fight and keep track of the sentiment using lock on. then, repeditavely use Strike Raid. for some reason the keyblade will go through the rock and hit the sentiment. But make sure the rock stays between you and him at all times and make sure you stand right up against it or the keyblade won't pass through. Keep doing this until you win.
it's easiest with Terra. And Aqua takes a while due to her low strength so you may wish to do it you're own way.

    Hope I helped.
