Oh wow. this is super sexy <3 I'm not a pro at graphic arts, so my words are probably hollow. You got the 3D effect perfectly, you did not overdue it and yet I can still see what you were going for. The negative space looks very nice too, Although I would like to see how it would look without the circles.
You have a nice concept going on. Those galaxy things aren't doing it for me, though. They just seem to be placed there to fill space. They really aren't following any defined flow. Everything else seems fine. Though, I'd try to blend Ven a bit more with his surroundings. And those lines behind him? I'm still can't put my mind on why they are there. I think this thing could benefit from a better lighting scheme and some lens flare. Not only that, but also making the effects flow into the whole thing. I think the circles thing looks fine. Also, I love doing that 3D thing. So points for that :>
